Each Circle opens with a 30–45 minute guided practice, followed by conversation, snacks, and connection.
This week, we will be joined by my teacher Earle Birney. Amongst many incredible experiences, he spent 3 years in a silent meditation retreat. He's an incredible wealth of knowledge in authentic meditation, Tibetan Buddhism, and traditional yoga philosophy, and will also make you laugh.
