🌊 Gentle Yoga Practice: Engage in a soothing yoga session designed to activate and balance the Water Element within you, which influences your emotions, lymphatic system, circulatory system, and more. This is a chance to unlock hidden potential and tap into your subconscious.

✨ Theta Healing Session: Release limiting beliefs tied to the Kidney and Urinary Bladder Meridians, addressing feelings of fear and anxiety using focused healing techniques.
