2026 GAP Food Safety Training Series

Join us for an essential four-part training series on GAP Food Safety Certification! Participants will learn about on-farm food safety practices, develop a personalized GAP Food Safety Plan, and prepare for a GAP Food Safety Audit. This certification is often necessary for selling produce to government organizations and institutional buyers.

• Aug. 11, 6 PM — Create Your Own GAP Food Safety Plan (Bring Your Laptop!)
• Aug. 25, 6 PM — GAP Food Safety Part 2: Farmer Feedback and Sharing
• Sept. 21, 5 PM — Mock GAP Audit at RevLov Farm
