2026 Great Falls Race & Potomac Festival Picnic

Join us for the 2026 Great Falls Kayak Race and Potomac Festival Picnic on the weekend of August 8-9!

🌟 Event Details:

• Location: The C&O Canal National Historical Park at Great Falls in Maryland.
• Potomac Festival Picnic Location: Carderock Recreation Area Pavilion, Potomac, MD 20854.
• Picnic Time: Saturday, Aug 8th from 12 PM to 6 PM.

🌿 Going Green:

Please bring your own drinking container to help keep the event eco-friendly.

• Race organizers will share race line details 3-4 days prior to the event, based on water levels and conditions.
• Racer Registration: Online registration is required and will close the day before the race. Stay tuned for a registration link!
