✨ Talk #1: Architecting Relationship-Aware Long-Term Memory for AI Agents
Presented by: Tarun Jain, Founding Engineer and GDE in AI
Explore the essential yet often overlooked aspect of AI agents: memory. Unlike stateless agents, which operate in isolation, stateful agents enhance their abilities by remembering and building on experiences over time. Learn how memory can make agents capable of connecting facts and tracking information changes, especially as we face challenges with vector search.
Dive into the backend workings of memory, complete with a live visualization of fact extraction and graph construction in action. This session will focus on edge cases, particularly the hybrid vector-graph approach, merging semantic search with structured traversal to facilitate multi-step reasoning and accommodate temporal changes via the Cognee open-source framework. Experience a demo of Memory with visualization and user journey through Streamlit!
🛡️ Talk #2: Anatomy of a Supply Chain Attack: From Compromise to Countermeasure
Speakers: Valentin Goronjic (Lead Software Engineer), Tamas Neumer (Lead Cloud Engineer) at Posedio GmbH
In March 2026, a severe breach occurred when attackers compromised Trivy, a widely-used open-source container scanner. This exploit infiltrated the CI environment, collecting a vast array of credentials and exfiltrating sensitive data. This talk aims to illuminate such attacks, providing insights on their mechanics and preventative measures to consider.
📍 Location: Praterstraße 1, 1020 Wien, Vienna
