8th Annual Red, White & Blue 5K Run/Walk

🎉 Get Ready for a Fun-Filled Day of Family and Fitness! 🎉
Join us for the 8th Annual Red, White & Blue 5K Run/Walk along with Uncle Sam's 1 Mile Walk and the Stars and Stripes Kids' Dash!
🗓 Date: 3 juli 2026
⏰ Time: 7:00 - 19:00
📍 Location: Barefoot Landing, North Myrtle Beach, SC

Event Highlights:

• Participants are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue!
• Family-friendly events: Choose between the RWB 5K Run, Uncle Sam's 1 Mile Walk, or the free Stars and Stripes Kids' Dash (50 yards).
• RWB 5K starts at 7:00 AM
• Uncle Sam's 1 Mile Walk begins at 7:30 AM
• Kids' Dash kicks off at 8:05 AM!

Important Guidelines:

• No animals allowed on the course, except for service animals (ADA recognized).
• No wheeled devices like baby joggers or bikes permitted on the race course.
• Participants with mobility aids must notify staff at bib pickup.
• No water stop on the course, so plan accordingly!

Race Swag:

• Participant shirts for the RWB 5K and 1 Mile Walk (while supplies last)
• Medals for RWB 5K and 1 Mile Walk
• Race bibs for all participants
• Kids' Dash finishers receive special gifts and the option to purchase a t-shirt!

Registration Details:

• Online registration only.
• Deadline: July 3 at 5:00 AM.
• The Kids' Dash is free but requires online registration.

Packet Pickup:

• July 2 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at Native Sons (1519 Executive Avenue, MB 29577)
• July 3 from 6:15 - 6:45 AM at TBD

Parking & Facilities:

• Available at Crooked Hammock and surrounding lots in Barefoot Landing
• Public restrooms located by Taco Mundo and next to the playground at Lulu's

Awards:

• Prizes for Overall Male & Female, Masters Male & Female, and various age groups!
• Note: No awards for the Uncle Sam's 1 Mile Walk or Stars and Stripes Dash.
