"The Boy at the Edge of the World" is a captivating Polish animation that explores themes of courage, sibling bonds, and the power of communication, enchanting both children and adults alike.

Meet Omul, who understands the language of animals but struggles to communicate with his brother. When a mysterious sea creature steals their sister's soul, the boys embark on an extraordinary journey through a world filled with magic, dangers, and fantastical creatures. To reach their goal, they must learn to cooperate and trust each other.

Directed by Grzegorz Wacławek and Marta Szymańska, this film won the Audience Award at the Młodzi i Film festival in 2026. It features stunning hand-drawn animation, picturesque backgrounds, and award-winning music composed by Mikołaj Stroiński. A significant part of the soundtrack includes the lullaby by Bovska.
