What is AI Builders?
A self-organizing nonprofit community of 5000+ AI nerds 🤓! We're creating a democratic AI platform, to make our community completely co-owned and co-governed by you (yes, all attendees).

Will it be recorded?
Yes, some sessions will be streamed live and recorded. By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed. Let us know if you prefer not to be on camera.

I'm not technical. Can I come?
Absolutely! However, to truly enjoy the meetup, we recommend a basic understanding of LLM concepts like Agents, Embeddings, RAG, MCPs, Inference, Structured Output, Finetuning, APIs, and Reinforcement Learning. Not familiar with these? Ask any chatbot — that’s what they’re for!

Why do I need to pay?

1. To gauge attendance — minimizing food waste and optimizing limited space.
2. Sponsorships don’t yet cover all our costs! Every euro goes back into the community.

Can I get a free ticket? Can I volunteer?
Money shouldn't prevent anyone from joining. If you need a sponsored ticket or would like to help out by arriving 1.5 hours early to set up, please reach out!

Can I demo, give a talk, or just help out?
If you’re interested in sharing your talent ✨ on stage and expanding your network, message us! Community demos are 10 minutes long, while builder demos range from 15-20 minutes.

Where is the venue?
The event will be held at IDEA Spaces - São Sebastião, Avenida António Augusto Aguiar N.122C, Lisbon, PT.

Is food provided?
Yes! We’ll have pizza and drinks available.
