Join us for Alloa's Strongest Challenge! Put your strength to the test in a thrilling competition designed for all levels. Choose between two classes:

C1 - Perfect for first-timers, beginners, lightweight competitors, and women.
C2 - Tailored for intermediate men and weight class athletes.

Events & Weights:

1. BawBag Shoulder Medley (75s time limit)
   C1: 80 ball, 80 bag, 100 ball, 100 bag
   C2: 120 ball, 120 bag, 140 ball, 140 bag

2. No Grip Tops, OH Medley (75s time limit)
   C1: 20kg Dumbbells, 70 barbell, 80 axle, 90 log
   C2: 30kg Dumbbells, 100 barbell, 110 axle, 120 log
   Belt cleans okay, no grip tops.

3. Front Carry (60s time limit)
   C1: 100kg sandbag 15m & 15m & 15m
   C2: 120kg husabag 15m & 15m & 15m
   Fastest time wins; as many drops as needed; no grip tops.

4. Monster DB into CDB (Back & forth)
   C1: 40kg into 48kg
   C2: 55kg into 64kg
   Most reps in 60s. Start on your preferred implement; no grip tops.

5. Deadlift Ladder (60s)
   C1: 150 stiff, 180kg stiff, 210kg deadlift
   C2: 180kg stiff, 210kg stiff, 240 deadlift
   No suits, no drops from lockout.

6. Farmers for Max Distance
   C1: 90kg p/h
   C2: 120kg p/h
   10m carry with safe drop zone at each end; max distance wins; 90s time limit; no drops unless over line at each end.

Entry Fee:

• £30 - includes a t-shirt and medals for all participants, plus trophies for the top 3 in each category. Categories are open to both male and female competitors!
• Payment via PayPal to beefchunk_cb@hotmail.com (Please provide t-shirt size when paying).
• No refunds once t-shirts are in production.

Additional Information:

• In case of wet weather, bring a jacket.
• Events, weights, and order are subject to change at the organizer's discretion.
• We will check Class 1 to ensure you’re there for the right reasons - choose accordingly!
