🎬 Join the Innovative Open Call for 360° LED Technology!

Filmværksted København and Shortcut proudly collaborate to present an opportunity for the growth community focused on Virtual Production using Unreal Engine.

With the focus on technological enhancement, we invite a project into a professional Virtual Production environment at Shortcut’s state-of-the-art 360° LED stage. This initiative expands on the lessons learned from the VP school and aims at passionate talents looking to integrate Virtual Production during the developmental and script phases.

We are in search of a cohesive team working on a project still in progress—one eager to experiment with the possibilities of this technology.

Selected projects will receive:
• Development meetings with VP professionals
• Prep day with VP experts
• One shooting day on Shortcut’s 360° LED stage
• Post-production support and equipment from Filmværksted København
• Production assistance

This initiative acts as a pilot format to explore workflow, role distribution, technical requirements, and what types of scenes can be produced in a single day within a 360° setup. The insights gained will later be shared in a Talent to Talent format, ensuring that knowledge is broadly embedded within the growth community.

We emphasize artistic ambition, technological curiosity, and strong engagement in each project. It's not about finished productions—it's about the courage to innovate and rethink the development process from the ground up.

This collaboration between Filmværksted København and Shortcut marks our ongoing efforts to provide the growth community with access to new technologies in a professional setting.

📅 Application Deadline: April 24 at 12:00 PM
We will review all applications comprehensively, considering the project scene, team composition, and what can realistically be achieved within the limited timeframe of one shooting day. Representatives from Shortcut will also be involved in the selection process.
You'll receive a response on whether your project is selected, and we will work closely with you to finalize the dates.

After selection:

• Development meeting with the chosen project (May)
• Prep day at Shortcut (May/June)
• Shooting day at Shortcut (May/June)
