📜 Cancellation Policy:

• Once you reserve your slot, it is considered SOLD.
• Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to new participants if requested within 3 days before the travel date.
• Cancellation should be advised on or before August 7.
• Refunds will be granted if a replacement is found for the reserved slot.

• Payment balances will be collected on the day of the trip.
• To secure your slots, at least 50% must be settled on or before August 7.
• Replacements are allowed.
• Itinerary is subject to change at the organizer's discretion.
• The Adventure Leader reserves the right to CANCEL or POSTPONE this event.
