Asian Thought Club: Physical 100

Asian Thought Club is collaborating with Movefit Gym in Markham to present our unique version of Physical 100! 🚀

Location: Movefit Lab, 39 Riviera Dr #11, Markham, ON L3R 8N4, Canada

Agenda:

• 2:00-2:30 PM: Icebreaker and Gym Introduction 👥
• 2:30-3:00 PM: Physical ATC! Challenges led by Shon 🏋️
• 3:00-3:30 PM: Discussion on the Physical Series led by Julia 🗣️

Attendees will meet at Union Station and travel to Finch Station, where carpool arrangements will be made to reach Markham. 🚗

After the event, join us for an Asian food outing in the neighborhood! 🍜
