The retreat opens with a gentle, intentional movement session led by New York healer and artist Margot Langman. Designed to soften physical tension and regulate breath, this grounded practice prepares the whole system for the deeper restoration ahead.
🌊 Exclusive Spa Access
Move at your own pace through Casa Cipriani's heat-and-reset ritual — from the cedar sauna to the eucalyptus steam room, Mitogen red light therapy, and the treatment lounge. This is time designed to open the senses, ease muscle tension, and invite genuine stillness.
🧠 Intro to MindSTILLness
An introduction to Vīrya's MindSTILLness practice — a guided session that helps the mind move away from constant activity and access a more effortless, naturally quiet state of renewal. Unlike conventional mindfulness, MindSTILLness doesn't ask you to concentrate or control your thoughts. Instead, the mind is invited to settle on its own, often resulting in deep rest while remaining fully awake.
🍽️ Three-Course Lunch
A long, unhurried lunch in Casa Cipriani's private Mezzanine Café. This is time to savour food, conversation, and atmosphere — presence practiced through the simple pleasure of a beautiful meal.
🪞 Observing Ourselves: A Reflective Session
A guided workshop inspired by Jiddu Krishnamurti, using a short video, journaling, and self-inquiry to explore letting go, looking inward honestly, and cultivating the art of witnessing life with greater clarity and less attachment.
🌀 MindSTILLness — Deeper Immersion
A second, more immersive stillness session. By this stage of the retreat, the body has softened and the mind has slowed — creating ideal conditions for a deeper experience of quiet.
🔔 Sound Bath + Guided Meditation
A restorative, sound-led transition that prolongs the calm of the day. Guided rest and immersive sound keep the body open, the breath soft, and awareness gently receptive.
🌸 Closing Session + Integration
The retreat closes with dedicated space to integrate — not to rush. A final moment to settle, reflect, and allow the full experience to absorb before returning to the city.
