Thursday is the new Friday, and what better way to almost start the weekend with a little basement boogie, join the Awaaz collective at Club Makossa from 8-1am for eclectic rhythms, infectious grooves and experimental sounds!

New on the circuit but not on the dance floor - We are Awaaz (meaning 'noise' or 'sound in Punjabi/Hindi/Urdu). We are collective of South Asian DJs aiming to uplift and share our love of music in all forms - be it classic Indian music, jazz, funk and soul, techno, footwork, ambient and more.
