Men:

• Men Over 40
• Men Over 50
  Women:
• 40+ Under 75kg
• 40+ Over 75kg
• 50+ Under 75kg
• 50+ Over 75kg
  Each category will face off in 5 thrilling events!

🏋️‍♂️ Events:

• Viking Press – Max reps in 60 seconds
• Axle Deadlift – 9” x 2 reps, 15” x 2 reps, 18” x 2 reps
• Truck Pull (Harness)
• Yoke Carry – 15m, drop & turn, 15m return
• Hercules Hold
  ⚖️ Weights: TBC. (Please note: Events and weights are subject to change!)

• £40 standard
• £45 with your name on the t-shirt

Only athletes, officials, and the official photographer allowed. No coaches or additional photographers.
Normal strongman rules apply. Referees’ decisions are final. Respect is mandatory!
