A free evening for people who want to be sharper at their job.
We meet, we build one working automation each, and then we sit down together and keep building. By the end of the night you will have a Skill that does a real task from your job, not a toy demo. You take it home and use it Monday morning.

The workshop
How to use Skills in Claude Code and Codex to build your first agentic automation.
What you will actually do in 90 minutes:
Understand what a Skill is, why it is different from a prompt, and why it changes how you work day to day
See Claude Code and Codex side by side and learn which one fits which kind of task
Pick one repetitive task you do at work (research, reporting, follow-ups, content drafting, internal updates, anything)
Build a Skill for it, live, with help in the room
Walk out with the Skill on your laptop, working
You will see real Skills running a real business: the ones our speaker uses to run his B2B sales pipeline. Accounting agent, prospect research, content production, internal reports.
What to bring
A laptop. Claude Code or Codex already installed if possible. One task from your job you wish you did not have to do anymore. That is the task we will automate.
Who this is for
People who already work somewhere (operator, founder, sales, marketing, ops, design, BD, finance, anything) and want to be the person on the team who actually ships automations. You do not need to be technical. If you have copied and pasted into ChatGPT before, you are ready.
After the workshop
Coworking and conversations until 22:00. Build, ask, connect, recruit, hire, find a co-founder, find a customer. This is what BAZA is for.

About the host
I am Nazarii Pankevych, founder of TURBOTA (a Ukrainian home goods brand: candles, posters, diffusers, gift boxes), ex co-founder of Pioneers Club (Startup accelerator and network in Germany).
BAZA came from a personal problem. I meet a lot of new people in Berlin and almost none of those connections turn into something that lasts. People I would love to introduce to each other never meet. So I am building the room where that introduction happens by default.
