Beach Yoga

✨ Join us for a rejuvenating Beach Yoga session designed for all levels! This gentle, grounding outdoor practice prioritizes your well-being, whether you're new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply seeking a peaceful way to unwind by the sea.

🌊 Our practice will be rooted in Hatha yoga flow, featuring soft, mindful movements with various options and pauses. You'll always be encouraged to listen to your body and rest whenever necessary.

What to expect:

• Slow, gentle movements to release tension from the body 🌼
• Simple breathing exercises (with an optional essential oil) to calm the nervous system 🌬️
• Support for stress relief, better sleep, and overall wellness 🌈
• A safe, non-competitive space where flexibility or prior experience isn't required 💚

✨ We will conclude the session with 10–15 minutes of deep relaxation and sound healing using singing bowls and other instruments, allowing your body and mind to recharge fully.

💛 Guided by Care:
As a certified Hatha, Yin, Pre- and Postnatal Yoga teacher, and Holistic Yoga therapist, I lead the practice with calmness and support.

📣 Practicalities:
Please sign up in advance here (scroll down and book the 'Sunday' class)
Kids are welcome! Feel free to bring something for them to play with.
💶 Contribution: 11 € (First class is free!)
🌞 Classes will take place outdoors and depend on weather conditions, so please follow my page for updates.
📍 Meeting point: Praia da Saúde, Setúbal (grassy area under the shady spot)
🧺 Bring comfortable clothes, a mat or towel, and a water bottle.

✨ Optional Meditation Practice (Donation-Based):
After the yoga class, you're warmly invited to stay for a ~30-minute guided meditation. This is open to everyone!

• Join after yoga, or feel free to come only for the yoga or meditation if that suits you better!
• Afterward, we can enjoy a dip in the ocean! 🌊
