About HTX:

HTX is the science and technology arm of the Home Team. The agency started its AI Movement in 2024 and is aiming to become an AI-first agency that empowers an AI-enabled Home Team. To further grow its AI capabilities, the agency is looking for AI engineers, software engineers and AI product managers to join them on this exciting journey.

More About the Speakers / Panelists

Joseph Tan is the Director of xDigital and Deputy CIO of the Home Team Science & Technology Agency (HTX).

xDigital is the digital transformation team within HTX that seeks to transform and reimagine experiences at work to enhance the productivity and digital capabilities of the organisation. The team also develops AI products and AI agents to force multiply everyday work within the entire Home Team.

Vincent Goh is the Deputy Director of AI Software Engineering in HTX xDigital. In his role, he leads engineers to build AI products for the Home Team, ranging from enterprise chatbots, document generators, knowledge management systems and AI agents that augment the work of officers.

Hock Chuan Lim is the Deputy Director of Product Management for AI Products at HTX xDigital, where he leads the development of AI products for the Home Team. His work spans product strategy, AI adoption, and translating operational needs into AI-powered solutions.
