BRICK L3 Stockholm Practice Group 2026

Join us for the BRICK L3 Stockholm Practice Group 2026! 🌟 This is a fantastic improvement course designed by Bruno & Raiza Galhardo, aimed at zoukers eager to enhance their skills and master advanced zouk movements with precision and grace.

Course Details:

• Prerequisites:

  • Minimum of 2 years of zouk experience
  • Completion of BRICK L1 and BRICK L2

• Curriculum Focus:

  • BRICK L1: Footwork techniques
  • BRICK L2: Head movements and shared axis
  • BRICK L3: On/off axis techniques, momentum utilization, and varied movements including counterbalance and single leg spins.

Formats Available:

• In-Person Option: 1 week (30 hours)
• Hybrid Option: Online courses plus a weekend in-person (12 hours)

This practice group is exclusively for those in Stockholm who want to practice the online course material together before participating in a weekend session with Bruno & Raiza in person.

Meet-Up Details:

• When: Every other Wednesday evening on even weeks
• Where: AFRY office, Frösundaleden 2A, Solna
• Cost: Free to join the practice group! However, the BRICK L3 online course videos require payment, available on Bruno & Raiza’s website.

Practice Focus:

Participants will work on partner exercises, refining their solo material and body awareness skills during these practice sessions.
