Cardboard Collective - Intro to Sound Design

Sobre el evento

Join us for an exciting workshop that dives into the world of soundtracks and sound design for theatre and film!

🎬 Participants will remix scenes from popular movies and collaborate in groups to craft their very own immersive soundscapes.

🎧 Led by the talented soundtrack composer and DJ Conrad Kira, the workshop will explore what it’s like to work as a soundtrack composer from a non-traditional background, and how to leverage that into a unique strength.

❗ No previous experience is necessary! This workshop is open to young individuals aged 18 – 30 who have lived experience of or are facing challenging life circumstances, such as care leavers, young carers, those experiencing homelessness, or individuals currently facing instability in employment or education.

🔗 If you are not a member of Cardboard Citizens, please take a moment to fill out this form when registering to attend.

⚠️ Spaces for this workshop are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis!
