Celtic Thursday Trail - Constantia Nek / Cecilia Forest

Join us for an invigorating run at the Celtic Thursday Trail! 🏃‍♂️✨
We'll meet at Constantia Nek for a stunning trail run starting at 18:00. Our route takes you through the beautiful Upper Cecilia Forest, linking along the contour path down into Kirstenbosch, before returning via the lower route through Cecilia Forest back to the Nek.

Trail Details:

• Distance: 10 kms
• Difficulty: 6/10 (mainly gentle inclines; mildly technical in one section)
• Pace Options: Fast, Fast-Medium, Medium, Medium-slow, each with experienced group leaders.

🔸 IMPORTANT: Bring your favorite cold drinks for afterwards and consider contributing to the Volunteer Wildfire Services: Support VWS
🔸 Group Etiquette: Please stay in your groups and do not run ahead of your group leader. If you're unsure about the pace, feel free to join a slower group initially.
