Cloud Native Media #22 - TAMS Live
💥 We're pushing the boundaries of evening events once again! 🔥
A part-meetup, part-hackathon plugfest in Central London with TAMS - Time Addressable Media Store - and YOU are invited!
The live event will be the content. Imagination and ingenuity with TAMS will be your limits.
Who is this event for?
People working in Broadcast, Media, Entertainment, Software or Technology who have an interest in using Public Cloud technologies for real TV/Video and Radio/Audio workloads.
What is happening?
We will have -
A TAMOSS-based store for the event from core sponsors LiveWyer
A bunch of cameras recording into it
An audio setup with wireless mics feeding into it
Maybe a live stream going to YouTube or Twitch
But what we would like from volunteers is:
Bring your own TAMS-enabled app
Show what it can do - in real time - on the stream of the event itself. Feed in, process, output, edit.
Create vertical clips. Create quick turnaround highlights of the last 10 mins. Create captions or dubs. Use your imagination to create something cool.
The biggest potential of TAMS is the real-time collaboration - different people with different apps working on the same content at the same time.
Let us know if you can take part with an integration - the more the merrier - let's really show what this can do!

There will be the usual agenda with Intro, News, Demos of TAMS integrations and food and drink thanks to our sponsors: LiveWyer, Tequate, Techex, Markham Digital Media and TVU Networks.

This event might be streamed live but will definitely be video recorded for subsequent release. Please subscribe to our YouTube channel.
