You're Invited to a heart-opening Community Kirtan at the Somatic Wisdom Institute! 🎉

Join Prem, Kristin, Jeff, and Susanne for an evening of soul-nourishing Kirtan, a meditative practice of chanting and community connection. 🌈

✨ We will share sacred chants from various traditions, including Buddhist and Sikh lineages, in a warm and inclusive space. Many chants are call-and-response and easy to follow — no experience is required, just bring your voice and presence!

This event is free and open to all! Donations are welcome and will help support the Somatic Wisdom Foundation, providing access to workshops and training for those in need.
