Requirements:

• Minimum 150 wingsuit BASE jumps (reference/mentor required)
• Flysight device
• A wingsuit you are current on

If you meet these criteria, we’re thrilled to invite you to join the race!

Competition Fee:

💰 750 NOK if you sign up before 31 May.

Race Format:

July 1 – Loen | Qualification

• Unlimited jumps within a 5-hour window
• Best time counts
• 32 fastest pilots advance to initial rounds

July 2 – Loen | Initial Rounds

• Round 1: 32 pilots race → 24 fastest advance
• Round 2: 24 pilots race → 16 fastest advance
• Round 3: 16 pilots race → 8 fastest advance to Hellesylt for head-to-head knockout.

July 3 – Hellesylt | Head-to-Head Knockout & Finals

• Round 1: 8 pilots race head-to-head → 4 winners advance
• Round 2: 4 pilots race head-to-head → 2 winners advance to the final
• 2 losers advance to the bronze final
• Round 3: Final & Bronze Final 🥇🥈🥉

July 4 – Backup Day
In case of bad weather, parts of the race may be postponed to this day; the party will also shift to this day!

Good-to-Know Information:

• Gondola Tickets: Loen Skylift offers a 25% discount on 1-, 2-, and 3-day passes for WBR participants during WBR week. Tickets must be purchased at the ticket office.

• Accommodation in Loen:

  • WBR camp will be at Lo-Vik Camping, 500 meters from the main landing area.
  • Options include van/tent spots and cabins. Lo-Vik Camping
  • For hotel stays, consider:
    • Hotel Loenfjord
    • Hotel Alexandra

• Accommodation in Hellesylt:

  • WBR camp will be at Birdman Farm by the landing area with free parking for vans and tent pitching.
  • This is also the venue for the WBR party! 🎉
