Join us for our free monthly Connections Café in Chingford, open to everyone in our community! This cozy gathering welcomes individuals living with dementia, along with their families and carers. Each monthly meet-up offers something unique — from live singers to engaging activities and games, all within a warm and friendly environment. ☕🍰
