Join us for a unique blend where Contact Improvisation meets Contemplative Dance Practice. This weekly jam welcomes those with experience in contact improvisation and offers a structured space aimed at fostering a focused jam atmosphere. Participants are encouraged to stay from beginning to end for a truly immersive experience!

🕕 Schedule:

• 18:15 - Doors open
• 18:45 - Anders serves tea/meditation (doors close)
• 19:20 - Solo practice (doors reopen)
• 19:40 - Jam
• 20:40 - Meditation
• 20:45 - Sharing
• 21:00 - Snack & Chill

🧘‍♂️ Participants are welcome to bring a pillow and blanket for the sitting meditation segment.
After the jam, we’ll create a cozy hangout space—please feel free to bring snacks to share!
