Contemporary ballet class

Join us for a transformative dance experience where Classical Ballet, Expressive Contemporary, and Sharp Jazz converge! This class is designed not only to enhance fluid movement for athletes but also to cultivate musicality, body control, and freedom of expression.

Expect to:

• Begin with a classical ballet barre (not to be confused with the latest exercise trends! 💪)
• Engage in across-the-floor phrases and technical exercises
• Conclude with a short choreographed dance that evolves weekly with a focus on different styles (ballet, contemporary, jazz).

Who Can Join? Adults 18+
We prioritize safety and education, working from an anatomical perspective to prevent injuries caused by improper body placement.

Class Pricing:

• 175 kr per in-person class
• 85 kr for a digital hybrid option (Pre-booking is essential!)

About Alaine

Alaine brings over 20 years of teaching experience across cities like Los Angeles, New York City, Singapore, and more! With a Bachelor's degree in Dance from UCLA, she has performed professionally and even founded her own dance company that has toured globally. 🎭
Alaine is also passionately involved in figure skating, teaching dance to adult members of the Malmö Ice Flyers club.
