We’ll guide you through essential skills such as using a rotary cutter for leather, attaching eyelets, customizing cords, and conditioning leather edges, ensuring you leave with a stunning journal made entirely by you!

Don't worry, all leather will be pre-cut and features rounded corners to keep the process simple and enjoyable—ideal for crafters of all levels! Plus, you’ll receive our journal template and a favorite tools + supplies list after the event, so you can keep crafting at home.

What to Expect

Our craft clubs at RecCreate feel just like visiting a friend’s place for a crafty hangout, complete with all materials ready and music to set the mood. We prioritize process, play, and community building, along with conversation prompts throughout the event.

Getting Here

Find us at a hidden art studio at 20 Grand Ave, Brooklyn, on the 6th floor! Buzz #604, enter, and take the elevator to the 6th floor (push the button until it lights up!). Turn right out of the elevator and left at the end of the hallway. We’re the first door on your right!

• Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you can’t attend, feel free to pass your ticket to a friend or use our ticket swap sheet.
