An exceptional dinner conceived with Chef Masaki Nagao. A four-course menu, designed around the themes of well-being and longevity. A special moment to combine design, nutrition, and culinary excellence. All beverages included, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

Masaki Nagao is a Japanese chef specializing in French gastronomy.After several experiences in Japan and France, he moved to Paris where he became head chef of the gastronomic bistro Vantre, renowned for its product-driven cuisine and wine culture.
He then took the helm of the kitchens at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Duende in Nîmes, before becoming the current head chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Pilgrim in Paris. His cuisine is based on products selected directly from small producers,farmers, and fishermen, with an approach deeply respectful of the original flavor of the ingredients. Through precise and sensitive cooking, he seeks to express seasonality, balance, and a certain Japanese delicacy, while remaining rooted in the French gastronomic tradition.
