Curious Movement and Balance Class

Join us for the Curious Movement and Balance Class, designed to boost your movement confidence and enhance your balance! This class is perfect for individuals aged 30 to 130 who can walk across a grassy space.

Where?
Raccoon River Park Playground (Meet by the BCycle Station on the south edge of the parking lot)
What to Expect:
Enjoy an outdoor playground environment featuring activities like standing, walking, stepping, jumping, crouching, reaching, pulling, and climbing.

🌟 All activities are optional! Participate in as much or as little as feels right for you. Come with curiosity and a willingness to explore what you can achieve!

Cost:
