CV Field Trip: SF Zen Center City Center - Zazen + Dharma Talk with Zenju Earthlyn Manuel Osho

✨ Come join us for a morning of practice & connection at the San Francisco Zen Center ✨
This month's field trip has multiple parts. Come join us for one or the whole program!
We'll be starting the day with the Zazen (Meditation) Instruction from 8:40 to 9:25am (arrive by 8:30am) Info here.
9:25am-10am: Zazen (Meditation)
Followed by a Dharma talk with Zenju Earthlyn Manuel Osho from 10 to 11:30am. Details here.

11:30am Tea and cookies after the Dharma Talk
11:35am Q&A in the Dining Room
12pm Public lunch in the dining room. Suggested donation: $15.

What's Community Village?
Community Village is a community-first approach to meditation oriented towards people in their 20s and 30s - and open to ALL (we don’t check IDs! :)). Whether you want to learn how to meditate, or are an experienced practitioner: our intention is to co-create welcoming and supportive environments to build meaningful connections, get inspired and learn how to bring practice into everyday life. We are a peer-led community, co-created by its members. Some come join in!
What's the SF Zen Center?

San Francisco Zen Center was established in 1962 by Shunryu Suzuki Roshi (1904-1971) and his American students. Suzuki Roshi is known to countless readers as the author of the modern spiritual classic, Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind. Available through the Online Store.
San Francisco Zen Center has three practice places: Beginner's Mind Temple, in the vibrant heart of San Francisco; Green Gulch Farm, whose organic fields meet the ocean in Marin County; and Tassajara Zen Mountain Center—the first Soto Zen training monastery on the West coast—located in the Ventana Wilderness inland from Big Sur. These three practice centers offer daily meditation, regular monastic retreats and practice periods, classes, lectures, and workshops.
