The Antonín Dvořák Memorial in Vysoká u Příbrami invites you to a puppet show for children and their parents on summer Sundays! When the weather is nice, the castle park will serve as our backdrop, but we’re also prepared for less favorable conditions inside the castle.

A story about the longing of a little mermaid. And also about longing in general. And also about how costly it can be to gain an immortal soul. And about how beautiful it is to be human.

Evelina can’t wait for her fifteenth birthday, when she’ll be able to see the human world for the first time. But she never dreamed of the unexpected desires and difficulties that fulfilling this wish would bring. Will she succeed in winning the prince’s heart or an immortal soul? Will Evelina’s heart be pure and brave enough? You’ll find out in The Little Mermaid.
