On the evening of June 9, join us for a delightful dinner at Chalet Robinson—a wonderful opportunity to connect and collaborate!

Participation Details:

This year, we are expanding our participation base beyond the traditional ExCo members, allowing JP management board members and active EERA contributors to attend as well.

• Total participation is capped at 70 guests to ensure dynamic and interactive discussions.
• Organisations with existing ExCo representation may nominate one additional participant.
• The Presidency and Secretariat reserve the right to select participants if registrations exceed our limit.
