On the day the world tunes in for the opening fútbol match, we'll be gathered around something else worth witnessing.
El Deporte Más Bello del Mundo is a group exhibition curated by Diego Anaya at Black Brick Project, exploring football as culture, ritual, movement, identity, labor, memory, fandom, and collective experience.
The Art of Fashion & Food and Cultura Takeover are proud to have work from our editorial, The Style Playbook shown at this exhibition — a shoot that asked what it looks like when Latinos dress for the game on their own terms and highlight identity, rituals and heritage surrounding the game.
