🦁 This edition of Embodied Movement invites you to flow fiercely and be fully present with the purifying energy of fire, just waiting to be expressed through your body. Think ecstatic dance meets the spirally inspiration of embodied movement! ✨ No dance or yoga experience is required—just a willingness to show up for yourself and let the need for healing release outweigh the inner critic. When it’s time to boogey, I’ll light up the space with Leo incense and candles (strategically placed, don’t worry 😉😆). Everyone in attendance will take home a gift bag of Leo incense and candles!
