Join our in-person Establishing the Self: Group Therapy for individuals in Little Rock, AR! This experiential psychotherapy group utilizes AEDP, attachment theory, and the insights of Pia Mellody to empower participants in identifying and transforming codependent patterns.

Members will engage in practices such as emotional experiencing, speaking from an “I” position, relational reflection, and fostering authentic connections—all within a supportive clinical environment.
