Pre-Festival:

• 16:00 - 19:00: Registration
• 20:00: Opening and get together

Main Festival:
📅 Friday, 4th December:

• 11:00 - 13:00: Registration
• 13:00: Opening Ceremony
• 13:30: First Workshop Begins
• 15:30 - 17:00: Registration Open Again

📅 Sunday, 6th December:

• 18:30: Closing of Last Workshop
• 19:00: Evening Jam

📅 Monday, 7th December:

• 10:00: Check-out from accommodation
• 12:00: Festival Space Closing

We’re thrilled to hold the festival at Center Parcs Erperheide, Belgium!

• Fully fitted houses for 5, with kitchen, living room, and bathroom
• Options for 2-person houses
• VIP houses available, fitted with sauna
• Access to a tropical indoor water park
• Spacious training halls equipped with mats and crash mats
• Beautiful natural surroundings with a bowling alley

🚫 Food: While meals are NOT included, all houses come with kitchens! There’s a supermarket and restaurants onsite, plus another supermarket 10 mins away.
