Forest Bathing Himeji Gardens
NATURE CONNECTION FOR EVERYONE
Slow down and find CALM with us! Embrace the therapeutic benefits of Shinrin-yoku – Forest Bathing at Himeji Japanese Garden. Did you know that Adelaide is the second city in the world, after London, to be recognized as a National Park City? 🌍 Come and discover why amidst the lush green spaces of our Parklands.
This session invites you to stop, notice, relax, and find peace and calm in nature over two blissful hours. Whether you're visiting for leisure, business, or live in this beautiful city, if you need to unwind or reconnect with the earth, you are warmly welcome.
Our guides are certified Forest Therapy Guides with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. Learn more about the benefits of Nature Therapy HERE.
