🌳 Explore Madrid's Hidden Gem: Casa de Campo
Join us for a refreshing morning hike led by María José! No trains or buses required—just hop on the metro to access Madrid's largest urban park. With over 1,700 hectares of lush Mediterranean woodland, tranquil waters, and wide-open trails, this is your escape without leaving the city! 🌿

Hike Details:

• Distance: 10 km
• Elevation: Minimal
• Duration: Approximately 3 hours
• Difficulty: Easy (flat to gently rolling paths, beginner-friendly) 🥾

Getting There:

• Take Metro Line 10 to Lago station (direct access from most areas in Madrid).

Logistics:

• Group size limited to 25 participants—please sign up!
• Meeting Point: Outside the Metro Lago exit—arrive by 8:30 AM.
• Return: Expect to finish by around 12:30–1:00 PM, returning swiftly to the city center.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable trainers or hiking shoes
• Snacks and at least 1L of water
• Sunscreen (this is a morning hike, so no need for a packed lunch!) 🧺

Cost: Free! (Just cover your metro fare; tips for the host in cash, coffee, or transport fees are appreciated) 🪙
