Gabriel Hubert is building Dust from inside that same shift. As AI moves from chat interfaces to coordinated agent systems, Dust is one of the first companies to rethink pricing from first principles for this new reality — moving from seat-based to credit-based consumption, where what you pay maps directly to work done. Dust recently closed a Series B and published their full thinking on credit-based pricing just days ago, making Gabriel one of the most current voices on this question in the room. Beyond pricing, Dust's model-agnostic architecture makes the question of vendor lock-in and cost control a product decision, not just a procurement one — a conversation that is increasingly happening at board level.
