This sound bath is a sanctuary for deep rest, inviting you to step out of autopilot and into presence. Allow your body to settle, your mind to quiet, and your nervous system to feel safe enough to relax.

We'll kick off with a grounding breathing exercise and gentle guided meditation to help you fully arrive in the moment. Then, feel free to rest as waves of sound wash through the space.
