Join us for two transformative hours beneath the glow of the Strawberry Full Moon, where we will gather in circle to reconnect and honor the changing seasons. 🌿

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s easy to drift away from our true selves and the wisdom of nature. The moon cycles invite us to pause and reflect, offering a rhythm to our lives.

This full moon provides a perfect opportunity for renewal and intention-setting. Together, we'll enjoy:

☾ Guided meditation
☾ Wild writing prompts for introspection
☾ Reiki share and gentle energetic connection
☾ Sound healing for grounding and rest

Feel free to bring something special for the altar—a crystal, flower, photograph, or anything that holds meaning for you. These items will be infused with the energy of the evening for you to take home as part of your personal ritual.

Hosted by Liz Brown, a seasoned facilitator of trainings, retreats, and circles worldwide, combining meditation, trauma-informed practices, and intuitive methods to cultivate a space that is both welcoming and restorative.

Come as you are! Bring along a journal, blanket, or comforts from home. Yoga mats will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Don’t forget your favorite mug for some cacao!
