📖 Event Synopsis:

Historically, knowledge has been transmitted through oral traditions and the discipline of writing. However, the rise of books, archives, and digital resources has drastically changed how we acquire knowledge. Now, with advancements like large language models, we are witnessing yet another transformation.

We will tackle two critical questions:

  1. How do we acquire knowledge?
  2. What is the quality of our understanding?
How do knowing and learning differ, especially in an age dominated by computational intelligence?

Moreover, traditional sites of knowledge, such as human conversation and cultural practices, continue to thrive outside of technological frameworks. As our habits of inquiry evolve, how might these everyday interactions change?
