Join us to kick off your St. Patrick’s Day Weekend with a delightful Irish Breakfast for a fantastic cause! ☘️ The Greater Bridgeport Medical Association (GBMA) warmly invites you on Friday, March 13, 2026, from 7:30 AM to 9 AM, at The Castle, Black Rock (3171 Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport) for a morning filled with delicious food, lively company, and a significant mission.

This special event not only celebrates Irish culture but also honors community leaders who have made profound impacts in our region. Your participation supports GBMA’s vital initiatives, including scholarships for local high school seniors pursuing careers in healthcare, along with nursing and physician awards recognizing exceptional commitment to patient care.

In May 2026, GBMA will award a $5,000 scholarship to one outstanding graduating student from Bassick, Bullard Havens, Central, Central Magnet, or Harding High Schools. Plus, each of the four runners-up will receive $1,000. We'll also recognize outstanding nurses from Bridgeport Hospital and St. Vincent’s Medical Center with well-deserved tribute and recognition.

Since 1893, GBMA has nurtured camaraderie among physicians and supported future healthcare professionals. The Irish Breakfast is more than just a fundraiser; it’s a chance to genuinely make a difference in our community’s healthcare future.
