Grid Innovation Hub: Grid Interconnection Forum + Energy Tech Mixer

Sobre el evento

Join hosts Adam Shaw (Grid Innovation Hub) and Tom Nudell (Piq Energy) for an invite-only GIH Gathering in San Francisco. It is a room full of people actually building the infrastructure and technology powering the future.

Interconnection has become the single largest bottleneck in the modern grid.
On July 8, we're putting 75 interconnection leads, project developers, hyperscaler procurement teams, and utility decision-makers in one room at 9Zero San Francisco — with hundreds more joining live on Zoom.
We'll discuss the new Batch Zero rules in ERCOT, where the rule changes are most aggressive, then zoom out to compare how the same forces are playing out across the country.
We will talk about what's actually changed, what's coming, and how the people doing the work are adapting.
PLUS enjoy complimentary sushi on us from Pabu Izakaya!

FAQ
Is this in-person or virtual?
Both. You can attend in person at 9Zero in San Francisco (75 seats, approval-based) or live on Zoom from anywhere in the world. Pick the ticket type that fits.
Why is the in-person event approval-based?
We curate the room to keep the conversation high-signal. When you register, share a sentence on your role and why you're interested. We aim to confirm within 48 hours.
I'm not working in ERCOT, is this still relevant?
Yes. The fireside uses ERCOT as the case study because the rule changes are most aggressive there, but the panel covers what's happening across major US grids (CAISO, MISO, PJM, NYISO, and beyond). Most attendees in the room will be working across multiple ISOs.
Will the session be recorded?
Yes. Virtual ticket-holders receive on-demand access within 48 hours. In-person attendees receive the recording as a follow-up.
What's the dress code?
Business casual or whatever you want.
