Creating through Grief
Working with clay can be healing, especially while grieving. Allowing emotions to be processed in a tactile way is transformative, offering an alternative form of communication.  Grounding, inviting connections & shaping emotions bringing forth life. Recasting pain, converting the intangible into something palpable and beautiful, symbolizing resilience and growth. The finished piece can be a tribute or reminder of the grief journey, encapsulating struggle and healing, an offering, an apparatus on your path to inner peace.
