Groove Dock: Jazz to Dance

An evening with DJs in Jazz Dock is full of electro, jazz and groove. This summer edition features two new DJs in their premiere: Louis B, a musician and promoter from Liverpool specializing in jazz, funk, soul, disco and afrobeat, who has been a resident DJ in clubs across Britain, Japan and South Africa and also works in music education and audio research projects; and DJ Alberto (Albert Prachovský), a vinyl selector with expertise spanning jazz, funk, soul and disco with a focus on Brazilian and Japanese music, saxophonist and member of the Phono Squadron crew. Resident Mr. Ultrafino, co-creator of Prague's jazz/funk DJ scene and Radio 1 DJ, will also perform—he is co-founder of the only Czech club night dedicated to dance jazz, which has built a reputation as one of Europe's best events of its kind at Jazz Dock.
