About the Program:

In this engaging session, participants will delve into the essentials of home gardening, explore the health benefits of seasonal produce, and discover how to create delicious, healthy dishes with their homegrown ingredients.
Don't have outdoor space for a large garden? No worries! This class will guide you on how to cultivate healthy foods, regardless of your gardening space!

🌱 Join the dedicated Clemson Extension Agents from the Horticulture Team and the Rural Health and Nutrition Team as they demonstrate how to grow broccoli and prepare tasty, nutritious meals with your harvest.

This program aligns with various growing seasons, showcasing the array of healthy produce you can grow throughout the year. All South Carolinians, regardless of gardening knowledge or skill level, are welcome!

Participants Will Receive:

• 🪴 A take-home gardening kit to help you grow healthy food at home
• 📚 Essential resources for maintaining your garden and enhancing your health

This session is designed for all South Carolinians, from beginners to gardening enthusiasts!
