🏥 Discover the legacy of ‘The Coast Hospital’, established in 1881 as New South Wales' first government-run infectious disease hospital, known today as Prince Henry Hospital—operating until 2003 and treating pandemics from smallpox to AIDS.
✨ Visit the Prince Henry Hospital Nursing and Medical Museum which houses an extensive collection detailing the history of the hospital and its tireless staff. Managed by the Prince Henry Hospital Trained Nurses Association, the museum showcases a captivating exhibition titled ‘Bravery, Bandages and Bedpans’.
