Guided Tour: Guided Tour: Opera as a (De)colonial Project with Musicologist Tereza Havelková

Visitors will explore the exhibition by South African artist William Kentridge with commentary by musicologist Tereza Havelková.

The Battle Between YES and NO is the first major Czech exhibition of Kentridge’s work, which connects political, historical, and personal experience with universal themes of human existence. During the guided tour, visitors will focus on Kentridge’s work from the perspective of the relationship between opera and (de)coloniality.
